How fast do you process orders?
Our service time is a high priority for us. Typically, in stock items for domestic orders will be processed within 24 hours. For subscription box orders after the initial box is shipped (within 24 hours) the ship date will become your monthly ship date.

What is the cost of shipping for the contiguous United States?
All subscription boxes ship free with the carrier of our choice. Any add ons purchased will be charged shipping calculated based on box size and weight.
What are the shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories?
Charges will be calculated by the carrier based on a combination of factors including package size, weight and shipping location. Please contact our office and we will obtain a shipping quote for you.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available. Cost will be calculated based on box size and weight. Subscription boxes will be charged shipping if the shipment is not domestic. If you are interested in international shipping costs please contact our office and we will obtain a shipping quote for you.
For international orders our processing time may be slightly longer due to the extra time it takes to obtain competitive shipping quotes and communicate your delivery options. We always attempt to find the best rates for our international customers.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, arrangements for expedited shipping can be made at an additional charge. Charges will be calculated based on a combination of factors including package size, weight and shipping location. If you require expedited shipping service please email or call our office prior to checkout to confirm your request and we will get a shipping quote for you.
What if there are issues with my order?
When you receive your order, please check it for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, let us know as soon as possible.
If there is a delay in receiving your order, or your order has not been delivered in a timely manner, please contact us within 3 days of our ship date. This allows us to work with the carrier as efficiently as possible to locate your order.
